Unable to start the services -"DUSER.dl was not found"

Hi,

When I tried to start “Services” my system showed an error msg “This application has failed to start because DUSER.dl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this”. I restated my system several times. But still I have the same problem.


Pls give a solution for my problem.
