Unable to start the golden gate manager

Hi ,

Thanks in advance.

I am running the start mgr command in the Golden Gate window. It throws the response with following message.

'Manager Started'

When i check the status using the command 'Info all'

I getting response like 'Manager Stopped'.

Please find below the same and help me out to get it fixed.

GGSCI (WIN-C2JAAACT8NS) 5> start mgr

Manager started.

GGSCI (WIN-C2JAAACT8NS) 6> info all

Program Status Group Lag at Chkpt Time Since Chkpt

MANAGER STOPPED

EXTRACT STOPPED EXT1 00:00:00 22:03:14

GGSCI (WIN-C2JAAACT8NS) 7>
