Unable to start OIM_server and SOA_server from weblogic admin server

Hi,

i am stuck with very critical issue, where in i am not able to start the oim and soa servers from the weblogic admin console. Attaching the screenshots. Can someone help me with finding the issue and rectifying it. i want to start this servers to do the Oracle identity manager configuration( from configuration wizard).

Let me know if i need to check any logs and submit them.

Any help is appreciated.
