Please help, I am not able to start ohs1 from http server. I get the following error message.

WLS_FORMS error

Check that it is running at <my hostname> /111.222.8.336:5556.
I have inserted the image for the weblogic server (apologies for blanking the host name)
I also get the same error as above on attempt to start the forms and report server.
I am running fmw_12.2.1.2.0 on windows 7 64bit)
