Unable to Start EM Console

Hi,

I'm unable to start em.ear application and hence not able to open EM console. I started Admin server and SOA managed server successfully. However, when I tried to start em.ear file from the deployments from admin console I found the following error:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.security.wls.oamagent.OAMAgentWrapperFilter

I don't have any other clue except this. I tried to figure out which jar contains OAMAgentWrapperFilter class but couldn't find out.

I can see em.ear is in failed/NEW/Prepared state only. Please note the Enterprise Manager Facet has already been enabled in config.xml

Please let me know whether I can do any further investigatin or fix to bring it Active state.

I searched existing answers on this question but found no correct one.

PS: WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.1.0 of SOA suit 11g and Linux OS. It's single server domain(Admin server + SOA managed server)
