"Unable to start BI Presentation Server on Local Computer"

I have my OBI Services to start up manually. When I go to services and try to start my Presentation server, I get the following error : "Windows could not start the Oracle BI Presentation Server on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Even Log. If this is a non Microsoft service contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code -1.
This is for OBI 10.1.3.4.

I did get an install of OBI 10.1.3.3.2 done separately after I had installed 10.1.3.4 on a linux vmware image. But since that is on vmware, it should not have any effect on the earlier install, right?

Any answer would be appreciated.
