Unable to send Mails from Non-ROOT Users

Hi,

Unable to send mails from oracle user, but we are ab;e to send from root users.

$ echo "Subject: sendmail test" | sendmail -v xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx

collect: Cannot write ./dfv8B4GsWt013817 (bfcommit, uid=501, gid=51): Permission denied

queueup: cannot create queue file ./qfv8B4GsWt013817, euid=501, fd=-1, fp=0x0: Permission denied

$ cat /etc/redhat-release

CentOS release 5.9 (Final)

64 bit OS
