Unable to send Emails on Password Reset in OIM11gR1

Hi All,

We are using OIM11gR1 in cloud env. And set gmail SMTP server as our Email server and trying to send emails which are available OOTB.

We created one user with a valid email addressed. And trying to reset this users password as xelsysadm.

We are manually setting a password which satisfies the pwd policy configured in our system. But upon clicking on Reset button, we are getting an error message in pop-up as "An error occurred while changing the user password. An unknown error occurred while sending the notification"

Could somebody please help me here.
