Unable to see Worklist Notifications

Hi,

I have a user who is not seeing Worklist notifications but receiving email notifications.

1. Approver list had 4 users out of which there is no issue with the remaining 3. Only one user is having the issue.

2. User exists in wf_roles having correct email ID and notification preference is MAILHTML

3. Record exists in WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES for the role and username(Refering (Doc ID 779710.1))

4. Verified the notifications from wf_notifications and status is Closed , mail_status is null

5. Not seeing any notifications when I navigate to Worklist -> View All Notifications

Please let me know if I am missing out on something. Any help is highly appreciated.
