unable to see the script in toad

Hi all i am unable to view the scripts in TOAD. I mean when i click on an object in the navigator and select script tab on the right side... its giving me the following error .

could you please help me to resolve this if any of you faced this error

Access violation at address 012A3B6B in module 'toad.exe'. Read of address 00000054
