Unable to see Shipping Information Tab in iStore

Hi,

We are trying to import closed sales orders into Oracle R12 using Order Import program. In OM screen everything is showing up for the order whereas in iStore too order can be seen but without shipping information tab, it is missing for all orders.

Please help how to view the shipping info tab in iStore
