Unable to secure and upload the agent

I have recently installed 11g Agent on HP-UX

But I am having problems with securing and uploading the agent.

I have performed silent installation using the response file. I have uploaded the response file.

When trying to secure the agent,
it asks for agent registration password which is left blankcspace in response file.

$ ./emctl secure agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Release 1 Grid Control 11.1.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Agent is already stopped... Done.
Securing agent... Started.
Enter Agent Registration Password :
Securing agent... Failed.
