unable to run web report on Developer 10g

dear friends...

hi.. i'm a new user for report developer 10g, i can run my test report on Developer 10g as paper layout out put, but i can't run my report when i try it to run as web report out put...
how to achieve above mentioned...is there any setting i missed here... ?
