I am trying to run "Accruals Diagnostic Test" from Run Diagnostic Test but it goes into error.
As per documentation mentioned here (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=260261849261207&id=1358207.1&displayIndex=1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=zwyfmcn9m_158#aref_section123)
It says we can pass '0' for Accrual_Plan_Id to get data for all plans but when we pass 0 no results are returned.
Also when I run below query (using Admin Login) no data is retrieved
select accrual_plan_id,accrual_plan_name from per_accrual_plans_tl
Any pointers would be helpful.
