Unable to Run a Form

Hello ,

i am using Oracle 10g release 2 from past few months....Now i just installed Oracle 9i Developer suite ..the forms application is installed properly....

. But When i create a form & try to Run a form using 'Ctrl +F9' --> Run form .... nothin happenns just my default browser opens & it closes ... i can't see the results in the Form...

And m not getting the 'Play >' symbol activated ...?? plz help ...?
