unable to register system on ULN

Hi,

When I run up2date on the system, the following error pops up

Problem registering system:
Server communication error. Please see http://linux.oracle.com for further assistance.

This happens when
"Sending Profile Information to the Unbreakable Linux Network"

there is no log in /var/log/up2date for this error.
