Unable to register HFM Server thru Server and Web Configuration Utility

Hi All,

Intially, after installing Shared Services, HFM and Workspace everything was working fine, but after a few days I was not even able to open application and also the HFM server that I registered during installation is not there. I am not able to register the same HFM server either through Configuration Utilty on "Server/Cluster Registration" tab or HFM Desktop/Client on the server machine.

When I try to add HFM Server on "Server/Cluster Registration" tab now, all I see is a small window with a prompt "Server Busy". And while trying to add Sever through HFM desktop, I get a hour glass that goes on for ever.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
