Unable to receive emails to reset passwords.

Hi, everyone. I have encountered some problems. After logging in, I found that the tenant has two domains.

One is the domain named default. I tried to reset the password in this domain, but could not receive emails to reset the password.

The other domain is the OIDCS domain? I found that after clicking on this domain, it could not be opened, and some relevant information about the webpage error was displayed.

Since I am a free user, I cannot get more help. So I hope to get some enlightenment in the forum.
