Unable to receive email from Resource Alert in oracle fusion

Hi Gurus,

I have created a Resource alert in Alerts Composer in Oracle Cloud Application 20A (11.13.20.01.0) to send details of employees whose projected end date will be the end date and these details i am sending to respective managers. But emails are not receiving by respective managers.

Could any one help me on this. Please find the attached document for the same.
