Hi,
Field Engineer is trying to update Solaris on a System Controller for a F15K system but the upgrade process failed.
The system is booted from the cd-rom , the procedure started but at the end failed.
Below the sequence:
To perform an upgrade of the Solaris Operating Environment select Upgrade. The
Solaris Operating Environment will be updated and other contents on the hard
disk will be left unchanged. Backing up the existing Solaris Operating
Environment is recommended.

- 2. Upgrade Install
Select Upgrade or Initial install [1] 2
There are multiple versions of Solaris found on your system.
Select the version of Solaris to upgrade.
- 1. Solaris 8 d10 (c0t2d0s0)
- 2. Solaris 8 d10 (c0t2d0s0)
Select Version To Upgrade [1] 2

To install basic Solaris products into their default directory locations,
select Default Install.
Custom install provides a choice of which Solaris products to install. For each
product, it also provides an option to customize the products install.
Note: Default install is not possible. Default boot disk could not be

It seems that the installation is completed but not in the reality.
As you can se above, two disks are shown even if is the same disk.
Metadetach has been done
He also tried using sliced disk but noting has changed
I'm not able to find info on MOS about the error highlighted.
Do you have any hint?
