Unable to perform any task from OVM Manager UI and CLI

I keep getting error as below when trying to perform any task from my OVM Manager to my OVM server.

Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: <type 'exceptions.Exception'>

The task that I recently tried to perform is to refresh the File Server storage from OVM Manager and it gave me error as below.

Appreciate if anyone has encounters error like this before?
