Unable to oracle 8i startup database

Hi all,

i have windows 2000 server sp4 machine with oracle 8i database. Suddenly my redolog file is corrupted. In alert log file the following is generated.

Errors in file C:\oracle\admin\ORA8I\udump\ORA01860.TRC:
ORA-00333: redo log read error block 2 count 2047
ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: 'C:\ORACLE\ORADATA\ORA8I\REDO02.LOG'
ORA-27091: skgfqio: unable to queue I/O
OSD-04006: ReadFile() failure, unable to read from file
O/S-Error: (OS 23) Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

My database is not in archive log mode, and i dont have any backup of the database, no multiplexion on log files and control files.

Please suggest me how to start my database?
