We have a APEX process to kick out an email to our users for approval. The email being sent is working. The issue is when the user clicks on the link in the email, they're receiving a 404 error. Here is the precise error:

Message The requested resource [/ordsr/dev_nonpoapprv/hbf-invoice-mgmt-2025/review-invoice] is not available
Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
Any thoughts on where the issue could be? The environment is on premise.
