Unable to open html file

Hii..All
I am using Oracel apps10g ,ORacle Developer suite 10g.
My problem is that i am generating some html file in a particular folder like (C:\abc) and i want to show these html through a URL.

So please guide me how to show this through URL. what aliasing and where is it requiring.
