Unable to open any EPMA Components from Workspace

I've met a problem that I can not open any component related to EPMA. However, EPMA services startup nomarlly.

For example, when I open Dimension Library, the epma.log shows that:

HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed:Connection refused

Cannot connect to the URL: http://planningserver:19001/hyperion-bpma-server/Sessions.asmx, the reason is: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException:Message send failed: Connection refused:connect

In my case, EPMA,OHS and planning are setup on 3 different servers.

I think this may cause by the network access is blocked, If that's the case, what ports do I need to open additionally? If not, any other suggestions?
