Unable to navigate to ***/analytics/saw..dll

I've got a question. When ever I navigate to http://<server name>.<company name>.com:<port number>/analytics/saw.dll. I get a "page cannot be displayed" error. However, if I add in ?Dashboard at the end, it works. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I feel like when I first installed the product, I was able to login with out the extra condition and it worked but now it's not working.
The major reason why I'm curious is because I just implemented SSO and now the integration between BI Pub and OBIEE is failing. In BI Publisher, the "Integration" area has me put in the /analytics/saw.dll portion and I was afraid that since I can't view that page anymore, that is why the SSO isn't working.
In addition, I can't get into the Catalog manager in online mode. Everytime I try it says permission is denied. Are these related?
