Unable to mount USB device in oracle enterprise linux(OEL)

Hi All,

my laptop details are -
Compaq c700 - Windows-7 installed
Ram - 2 GB

I have installed VMware workstation on my system and through that, i have configured OEL in one drive and its working fine. But, When i insert USB device, its not detecting.

Please guide me how to make it possible.
