Unable to mount cifs mountpoint

Hello,

I have installed OEL 7.2 and trying to mount the one of cifs file system but is showing me below error

kernel: CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -95

mount.cifs //insnddata/PPE/SODetails /smb -o username=user,password=passwd,sec=ntlm

Can some one help on this please.
