unable to login with ovm manger admin account

Hi there all

I am not able to login to OVMM manager GUI and you suspect it is due to wrong password.

I have followed document the

on

step11 when Start Weblogic Server (Weblogic Server will encrypt the password for you).

the weblogic seems to fail with the following error and fails to start .
