Unable to login to workspace

Hi,

I installed oracle 10g Database Express and I upgrade APEX to version 4.0

I can connect to INTERNAL administration application and I created a workspace.

But when I try to connect to this workspace, I get no error but I still get the login page.
I'm sure that the password is correct, because when I try another one, I get "Invalid Login Credentials".

Please help me .
