Unable to login to SalesForce using Composite BPEL on SOA 11.1.1.2

Hi Everyone,
We currently have an issue where we get session timeout exception when trying to query the salesforce application.We are successfully able to login to the salesforce using proper username and password. Then we get Query URL from SalesForce then we try querying the URL with Select statement by also passing the session id as well.
But it shows the invalid session id error.But the when i run the same session using the soap ui it works fine.
We would like to know if anyone has encountered this issue.
Also is there way we could pass header information through the partner link.
Any insight or help on this issue will be greatly appreciated. We are stuck on this issue and are unable to proceed forward with this issue.
