Unable to login to RAC Database

We have a 2 Node RAC database,
It was working fine for a month till yesterday, But now im unable to login to the DB using any user

I checked crs_stat -t , all the resources are ONLINE

I can login using sqlplus / as sysdba, it is OK

But if i try to connect as any user using sqlplus user/password
it is getting hung, it is not showing any sql prompt.

Please help
