Unable to login to OEM Admin Server Console

I recently installed OEM 12c Cloud Control from the basic install guide using the simple install on a LINUX platform.  I was able to log into the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control URL.  I checked the status of the agent and the oms and both up and running.  I am unable to log into the Admin Server Console.  Am I missing something?  The web page comes up stating that Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
