Please, I need help accessing Oracle Infra Cloud services. I'm having serious problems logging in. I can't do anything on Oracle because I can't even log in. Could someone help me? How should I proceed to regain access to my account? It seems to be blocked.
When I try to log in, I get the message below.
Your login attempt failed. The credentials you entered do not match our records. If you have unsuccessfully attempted to authenticate with this username multiple times your account may be locked out and must be reset via the administrator. If this is a new user account, please contact your administrator for your temporary password.
It turns out there is no administrator. I'm the only user! I created this account in the past for testing... I'm stuck.
