Unable to locate Oracle Weblogic on EPM 11.2

Hi All,

I have successfully installed and configured 11.2 foundation components. But I am unable to locate Oracle Weblogic to start admin server to configure HFM components on a different server.

Not sure if I have missed out some piece. Please suggest
