Unable to load shared service and Wrokspace url in Server

Hi,

I have completed the installation and configuration of EPM 11.1..2.3.000  in a Single server windows 2008 R2 environment.

When i am trying to validate each components- unable to access Workspace and Shared service URL from Server with following message on the load screen

Bindows™

Where as i tryed to open the same url from my local machine and it is working fine.  is it something to do with the IE browser ? or some other setting i am missing in server?

any suggestion much appreciated
