Unable to load dynamic library php_oci8.dll

Following step by step "The Underground PHP and Oracle Manual", I have :
. installed Zend Core for Oracle v.1.4-Windows-x86 on my PC under Windows XP
. installed php-5.1.3-Win32 with a zip file downloaded from web site http://www.php.net

I have this message during startup of Apache Server :
"Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\\php-5.1.3-Win32\\ext\\php_oci8.dll' -
The module sp\xe9cifi\xe9 is not found.\r\n in Unknown on line 0"

Please help me. Thank you !
