Unable to Load DLL (OraOps9.dll)

Hi,

I get this message when opening an OracleConnection to Orale 9i, in IIS inside a WebForms application.

I ran the same code oustide of IIS, in a console, and it works.

I went through this forum and applied the permission to my ORACLE_HOME directory (D:\oracle\ora92) as advised everywhere, but it does not solve the problem.

I still need it to get it working on IIS...

Any help greatly appreciated.
