Unable to link second email address to Code Console

I am looking to ensure that the email address (interop@graici.com) can log into the Cerner CodeConsole account with email address Jessica.feigen@graici.com so that interop@graici.com can access the same Client IDs.

However, when we log into Code Console currently under interop@graici.com we receive an error message: The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.

I would like the interop@graici.com email to link to the same account as Jessica.feigen@graici.com. Can you please help get the inteop@graici.com email to work for login?
