Unable to launch the Java Virtual Machine Located at path: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_45\jre\bin

OS: Win7 64 bit

When I'm trying to install sql developer (sqldeveloper64-3.2.20.09.87) with JDK - 7.0.450.18, got the below error.

"Unable to launch the Java Virtual Machine Located at path: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_45\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll"

Quick help would be appreciated.
