unable to launch the application -EAS

hi,

I can launch EAS from server (using console) but when i use explorer from other clients-

i get application error "unable to launch the application" name EAS,

when i click details--> error found unsigned entry in resource ( http://servername:10080/easconsole/easclientplugin.jar)

i applied Planning patch 9.3.1.1.16 ( in that i also updated easclientplugin.jar)

please help
