Hi Experts,
I am facing issues while trying to access Oracle Apex on browser.I downloaded and installed Oracle Application Express, release 5.0 on Oracle 11g r2 database. on Redhat Linux machine.( CentOS release 5.11 (Final)) .I followed all the installation steps described in url https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E59726_01/install.50/e39144/pre_require.htm#HTMIG380
After the installation , I have been trying to access apex through mozilla firefox browser version 38 using link as http://host:port/apex ( host as Linux machine IP, Port specified as 8080.)
The Apex application is not getting displayed and I see message "This Page Cannot be Displayed" on the browser.
I also tried to disable firewall and tried other browser like chrome to launch apex , still no luck.
Also tried to change the port from 8080 to other still it doesnot helps.
Could you please guide on what needful shall be done to launch the apex ? What needs to be verified? Am I missing any step?
