Hi we just did a full refresh install Apex 20.1 in a single instance 12.1.0.2 DB (not-multi-tenant DB), the apex_verify.sql result looks fine,
but when we launch apex URL: http://machine:port/apex or http://localhost:port/apex/apex_admin, we get the error below, does any one know why? any logs or trace we can check?
