Unable to internalize message

843834Feb 26 2003 — edited Jun 30 2003
Hi,

I'm attempting to send a SOAP message using the libraries included with the JavaXML pack for summer 2002. My client is almost identical to the StandAlone client provided with the samples.

I get a SOAPException when invoking soapConnection.call(msg, endpoint) indicating "Invalid Content-Type:text/html" and further down in the stack trace "Unable to internalize message."

My Servlet never recieves the post, so i'm pretty sure the process is hanging up on the client side.

I'm using jdk1.3.1_02. Do I need to upgrade to 1.4, or is there a newer version of the saaj\jaxm ri libraries, or ... ? Thanks.
