Unable to install WF Builder

Hi,

I had a WF Builder installed on my laptop. I uninstalled it(dont ask me why) and then was trying to install it again. But now it does not get installed.

Although the installation goes through smoothly, but the WF builder does not get installed.

Do I need to do something else before installing it again, like top some services or something?
