Unable To Install Tarantella Client Component (SGD Version 4.2.983)

Hello,

I'm currently running SGD 4.2.983 on Solaris 9, and am able to make client connections perfectly fine with Windows browsers. However, when I try to connect to https://my.site.com/sgd from a Ubuntu jaunty client running firefox (3.0 and 3.5), I get "Unable to Install Tarantella Client Component". It does create ~/.tarantella with some subdirectories, but all empty.

Java version is 1.6

I am able to connect to the classic webtop ok.

I've seen a couple other threads with this same problem, but no answer. Anyone have any ideas?
