Unable to install sample app Sample Workflow, Approvals, and Tasks

Hello Everyone,

I am unable to install sample app “Sample Workflow, Approvals, and Tasks” . Icon is moving for sometimes and shows as installing and then automatically aftersometimes nothing happens.Please shed some light on it . PFA screenshot below.
