unable to Install Oracle VM

We are trying to install 64bit oracle vm (with iso downloaded from e-delivery) on a BL460c - HP Proliant Server. The installer stops every time after checking for processors.
The line at which it stops is CPU 2 irqstacks, hard=c0725000 soft=c0705000. I will attach a screen shot, where the installer is struck.
We tried the following to troubleshoot,
1) Tried installing a OEL 5.3 and it installs perfectly - 64 bit
2) Tried to install Oracle VM - 64bit on a different physical machine of same make - doesnt work - same screen - struck
3) used options like noprobe, noapic and noacpi - same issue and struck at same line and same screen.
Physical server details are :- Generation 6, HP-Proliant BL460c with 2 dual core xeon - EE5502 processors, 16GB memory.
If you have any suggestions, update the thread. I have an SR open over 3 days now and if i get an update over there.... I will post it here.
