I cannot seem to install Oracle Database 21c Express Edition for Windows x64 in my computer. it keeps having rolling back action. i have clicked setup.exe and run as administrator and followed the steps provided but it always have rolling back action. I have previously installed it successfully but I accidentally uninstalled it. Now I cannot reinstall it again. I even restore back to a previous restore point for Windows but it still does not work. Please help. I need it for my assignment. T^T
