Unable to install oracle BI Publisher desktop

I have MS Office 365 subscription installed on my Windows 10 PC. I am trying to install Oracle BI Analytics publisher desktop . I tried both 64 Bit and 32 bit but each time I get same error message
Unable install BIP, another version of this product already installed. I have this installed before with Older version of MS office( I think office 2016) . But I completely uninstalled . This is the first time I am trying with Office 365. Can Someone help me and tell me what is wrong ?
